In the UK, we provide technical authoring services to a wide-range of companies. This primarily consists of creating and editing technical documents to support hardware and software products of our clients. It also involves all aspects of the management of the technical information related to those documents. This service is offered either on a fixed price basis, or charged at an hourly or daily rate. It can be conducted either at a client’s premises or from our own offices.
For our clients in Asia (specifically in China and the Chinese-speaking countries) we provide a different service. Many companies in this region are seeking to export their high-technology products to the West. We help them in this by providing technical editing services to raise the quality of their English technical information (such as User Guides, online Help, and other technical documents) to the standard expected in the West. We offer this service at three levels, including provide feedback about the quality of the documentation and training to our clients' staff to assist them to further improve the quality of their technical information.
